Spring Breakin'

We had a joyous time during a little trip over to the White River.
It was very peaceful minus our two bouncy energetic children.



The above is definitely a scene I can envision reitring to each evening for the rest of my days!

While we were fishing the little ones kept their cousin very busy!!



Baby Eli's cousins came down for a visit and Little Miss had a blast with them!!!
Otherwise we have just been busy figuring out how to downsize all our earthly belongings for our upcoming move. Had a big yard sale, sold a car, donated tons of bags of miscellaneous items, and our home still seems full. It all definitely puts things in perspective as far as what matters most in my life and it certainly isn't my possessions!!!

Little Elijah is such a special sweet new baby boy. He is keeping his mommy and daddy very busy, which I forget in those moments when I think awww maybe we should have one more. Then I return to reality and just really enjoy getting to hold him and watch him .

Sweet baby boy born Monday. Pictures to come. Am so happy for my friend!

Stork

So, my BF is about to have her baby (due March 27th) and I am so excited. It is really hitting me tonight that I get to enjoy this and not actually have the baby--how cool is that! Life is so fragile. I am gleefully anticipating his sweet arrival.

Daffodillies

Lil miss and her class put on a program at school for the grandparents --it was so sweet!

This is the year of Barbie cakes and frog cupcakes...that's what little miss requested and not just a general wish. She looked on google images and found exactly what she wanted. Daddy had fun decorating the cupcakes and mommy stayed up all night perfecting the Barbie cake.





The little lady herself...Four!




A real princess was even there. Her aunt is definitely a special princess to us all!!





We had a balloon lady come and make theme balloons for her little friends and it was such fun watching the shapes evolve into an actual identifiable object.








Here's what we caught the lil ones doing with one of her gifts. Interesting how fun it is to ride in a stroller unless your mom wants you in it. Sweet Lili gave her this and it goes round and round and round the house all day!(thanks)
